With the proliferation of online audio forums, Grant Fidelity fully acknowledges that some consumers no longer need to personally see a product before they make a purchase. There is plenty of information online for them to make an informed purchase decision. This is particularly true on lower value items that audition is not required at all times. 

To increase consumer purchasing power and bring high fidelity audio as a more affordable hobby to everyone, Grant Fidelity is pleased to offer consumers an opportunity to purchase as a group to receive volume discount of 25% off. 

How does it work? 

1) A Group-Buy will need total group order amount to reach minimum US$5,000, excluding shipping / extended warranties or taxes. Products purchased under Group Buy can be mix & match, not limited to any single model. 

2) A Group-Buy can include members from different locations within North America. (If you are outside of North America and wish to start a Group-Buy, please contact us first for shipping arrangements as we don't stock every product in 220V and may need to special order from factory). 

3) Each Group-Buy has a Chief-Correspondence-Office (CCO) to be the contact person with Grant Fidelity. The CCO will coordinate with each members in the group to place the final group order to Grant Fidelity. 

4) Please contact Grant Fidelity through our line contact us form to obtain a Group-Buy Number (GBN) when you initiate the Group-Buy. We may direct you to an existing group so that you can reach the minimum purchase amount faster. 

5) Each Group Buy member is entitled to 25% off MSRP on his/her purchase within the group. The discount will not apply to promotional price or on sale item. You have the choice to receive the lower of 25% off MSRP or the sale price. Once Group Buy order is placed with Grant Fidelity, we will send individual invoice to each Group member and payment needs to be received in 48 hours to keep the discount valid. 

6) Each purchase under Group Buy will have the same privilege in warranty / returns as if you are purchasing on your own with Grant Fidelity. The Group Buy offers a volume discount, not service discount :) 

7) The Group Buy discount is applicable to all products listed on Grant Fidelity website except Shuguang Treasure Grade B tubes.
