Grant Fidelity SPT-100 Twin Ribbon Super Tweeter comes with custom made LCY 3.5cm twin aluminum ribbon tweeter. It has a unique design employing twin ribbons of half the length of conventional ribbons in order to control vertical plane dispersion. Thus it reproduces both vertically and horizontally as effectively as voice-coil operated dome tweeters but with the accuracy, elegance and refined timbres of ribbon-tweeter technology. Magnetic flux density is enhanced by the use of LCY's own neodymium magnet system and a sophisticated transformer with parallel multi-wiring OFC has been adopted for superior frequency, power handling and optimal size.

Grant Fidelity SPT-100 Twin Ribbon Super Tweeter is designed for music lovers or audiophiles who already own a decent speaker system. Simply connect the Super Tweeter to the system - it gives immediate enhancement of ultra-high frequencies and boost the performance / appearance of your system.

What is the benefit of using a supertweeter?

A supertweeter basically take the high frequency load and allow your soundstage to expand. Even though human ears cannot really hear high frequencies over 20KHz, it will leave us an impression of enhanced bottom end by the contrast it provided.

How to connect a supertweeter to existing speakers?

You can connect them to the binding posts of your floor standing or bookshelf speakers. The supertweeter comes with optional 5ft cables that is long enough for most floor standing speakers even if your speakers have binding posts at low position of the body.

Where do I place the supertweeter?

You can place them on top of your floor standing or bookshelf speakers. Our supertweeter comes with 3 non-slipping feet so you can move it forward or backward to achieve time alignment of the supertweeters with your speaker drivers. Then the music will sound more natural and layered.
