Even with the growth of our demonstrator network, we acknowledge that many music lovers do not have the luxury of auditioning audio gear in their nearby community without getting behind the wheel and driving an hour or two at least. Grant Fidelity has found a solution and minimized the risks for you.
We offer you to conduct an in-home audition of our products for 30 days without committing to purchase. Here is how it works:
- You contact us through our website: http://grantfidelity.com/site/feedback by choosing the category of “In-Home Audition” in the drop down box and advise which product you would like to audition.
- We will advise you of the availability and estimated shipping costs for the item and send you a payment request for the audition deposit.
- The audition deposit equals to full MSRP (plus tax if applicable) of the product and can only be paid via a Paypal account with confirmed shipping address in North America. Audition deposit cannot be accepted via credit card provided over the phone for security reasons. We also do not accept credit card payment for audition deposit as the bank processing fee (usually 3.5%) is not refundable at the end of the audition.
- Upon receiving the deposits, we ship your audition item to your delivery address within 48 hours with freight prepaid by Grant Fidelity but customers outside of Canada are responsible for duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees in your own country, if such fees occurred.
- Please note that vacuum tubes do not qualify for in-home audition program - they are consumable products.
On the 30th day of you taking on the audition program (which starts from the day that your deposit is paid by paypal, if you have decided to return the unit, please do read the
Audition Return Instructions at bottom of page and follow them carefully to avoid unnecessary charges.
- Upon receiving the returned product and examining for damages, Grant Fidelity will refund the audition deposit in 48 hours but will deduct any costs for damage, the prepaid initial shipping / insurance cost by Grant Fidelity and return shipping brokerage fee if it occurred, to the paypal account you initially made payment from.

- If you decide to keep the audition unit or fail to communicate with us by the 30th day from the date you made the audition deposit, it is automatically considered that you are keeping the audition product then the audition will end and be finalized as a sale without further return previlege. In this case, we will also waive our right to charge back the prepaid inital shipping / insurance costs from you so you have received free shipping on this finalized purchase.

Audition Return Instructions for International and Domestic customers:
1. You must obtain a return authorization number from Grant Fideity and we highly recommend you to use Postal Service if the item's weight and size are within postal limits, no matter if you are outside of Canada. This is to help you to avoid being charged for hefty brokerage fees when sending an item into Canada, which typically happen when you use courier companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL etc but not with Postal Service.
2. Please mark clearly at the correct place on your shipping label (as instructed by your carrier) “Returned Goods” and use the same “Item Description” as we used when shipping the item to you initially. This will avoid us being re-charged for import duties and taxes on the returned products. Failing to do so will result in such charges being deducted from your deposits.
3. All units must be shipped with original packaging in “as new” condition, with sufficient insurance.
