Minimum Risk In-Home Audition Program

 
Grant Fidelity suggests that “Seeing & hearing is believing.”  Serious consumers shouldn’t purchase any hi-fidelity audio component without a proper retailer demonstration or in-home audition.
 
Even with the growth of our dealer and demonstrator network, we acknowledge that many music lovers do not have the luxury of auditioning tube audio in their nearby community without getting behind the wheel and driving an hour or two at least. Grant Fidelity has found a solution and minimized the risks for you.
 
We offer you to conduct an in-home audition of our products for 21 days without committing to purchase. Here is how it works:
  1. You contact us through our website: http://grantfidelity.com/site/feedback by choosing the category of “In-Home Audition” in the drop down box.
  2. We will advise you of the availability and estimated shipping costs.
  3. You arrange to have deposits (= MSRP + shipping + insurance + GST if in Canada) remitted to Grant Fidelity by PayPal (sales@grantfidelity.com)
  4. Upon receiving the deposits, we ship your interested item to your delivery address within 24 hours.
After your 21 day audition, you advise us if you have decided to return the unit, see Audition Return Instructions at bottom of page.
  
  • Upon receiving the returned product and examining for damages, we refund the MSRP & GST (if applicable) minus any costs for damage.
  • If you decide to keep it, just send us a quick note then we will conclude the sale and provide you a final invoice.

Audition Return Instructions:
 


If you are located in the US, please mark clearly at the correct place on your shipping label (as instructed by your carrier) “Returned Goods” and use the same “Product Description” as we used when shipping the item to you initially. This will avoid us being charged for import duties on the returned products. Failing to do so will result in deducting such charges from your deposits.

 


 
All units must be shipped with original packaging in “as new” condition, with sufficient insurance.
