Below warranty policy is applicable to purchases of brand new products before March 1st, 2010 only.
Note that your product must have been purchased form an authorized Grant Fidelity reseller in North America and we require dated proof of purchase from the same for warranty service.
- All Grant Fidelity Performance Series Tube Amplifiers and CD / DVD players come with 12-month warranty on parts and labor, 90 days on tubes.
- All Grant Fidelity Reference Series Tube Amplifiers and CD / DVD players come with 24-month warranty on parts and labor, 90 days on tubes.
- All Grant Fidelity hybrid and solid state amplifiers and speakers come with 24-month warranty on parts and labor.
- All Grant Fidelity cabling and power conditioning products come with 24-month warrant on parts and labor.
- All vacuum tubes distributed by Grant Fidelity comes with warranty as stipulated in the product description.
- All acoustic treatment, isolation products and audio furniture comes with 12-month warranty on parts and labor.
Grant Fidelity warranty service is available to original owner only.
Please read the Tube Setup and Maintenance instructions in the menu on the left if you own a Grant Fidelity tube amplifier. Most tube amp problems are tube related and can be easily solved by the end-user instead of sending the product back for service. It will same your time and save your money. Of course we are here to answer your questions and guide you thru our trouble-shooting methods.
When requesting warranty services, customer is responsible for insured return shipping in original packaing with all accessories to Grant Fidelity in Calgary, Canada or to our designated service centres if there is one near you. Upon receiving warranty returns, Grant Fidelity will diagnose the problem and confirm whether the issue is coverage by warranty within 48 hours. If there is a warrantable problem, Grant Fidelity will pay for return shipping when sending the repaired product back to you. If the issue is not covered by warranty, we will contact you and allow you to make decision on whether to hire us to repair the unit at your own costs. In this case, return shipping charges will be covered by customer, not Grant Fidelity.
Grant Fidelity warranty services are only available to the initial purchaser. Warranty is not transferrable but we are here to answer any technical questions you may have in using a pre-owned Grant Fidelity product.
For products experiencing problems outside of warranty coverage, please contact us directly for repair service support and/or quotation.
