Please bear in mind that Demonstrators invest their money and time to service each customer with their valuable knowledge and their efforts should be financially rewarded when you decide to purchase the product. Grant Fidelity will not enter a direct sale with you if you have used Demonstrator's service. We encourage you to work out a mutually beneficial transaction with your Demonstrator instead.

If you are a savvy online shopper and doesn't need or have access to a Demonstrator from where you are located, you are more than welcome to purchase directly from our Webstore and consider to use our In-Home Audition program to try out a product. We have special VIP program for online direct purchase to compensate the risk you have taken in purchasing a product from Grant Fidelity sight unseen.

Product Shipping: 

Grant Fidelity has 3 warehousing facilities in 3 countries: China (Hong Kong), USA (Las Vegas) and Canada (Calgary). Depending on each warehouse's inventory level, your purchase could be shipped from any of the 3 facilities but you DO NOT PAY EXTRA SHIPPING if the warehouse isn't the closest one to you.

At this time, personal checks or company checks are not acceptable as a payment method unless you are credit approved with Grant Fidelity. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you. All purchases over $5,000 are to be paid by certified check in either US dollar or Canadian dollar funds.

Price protection for Consumer purchase

Grant Fidelity offers 30-day price protection by offering store credit for any price difference from consumer's purchase price to sale price within a 30-day period. Please note that price protection doesn't cover exchange rate fluctuation if you choose to make your purchase payment in currencies other than US dollars.
