Grant Fidelity currently distributes Chinese Hi Fidelity products under the Grant Fidelity Logo thru our distribution network that provides excellent value for your audio budget. We also distribute the USA made Green Mountain Audio speaker line-up in Western Canada. The Grant Fidelity logo ensures you are getting the highest possible quality from the manufacturers and that the product is actually designed for export to international markets. Further, your Grant Fidelity purchase provides you with our distribution network's pre and post sale support, warranty and demonstrations that help you enjoy your music listening experience. Grant Fidelity provides design input when and where necessary as well as designing complete GF products.

'Now you Can Afford Hi Fidelity Audio' is our slogan. Up to now this has been fairly expensive to achieve, unless you are a technician that can purchase and repair used gear. All the Grant Fidelity gear is selected and tweaked to provide you with great sound that normally would cost you a multitude more from another brand name. We aim for at least 25% below typical competitors retail pricing and in most cases it is much more of a saving than that. 

We achieve this by sourcing quality components from reputable Chinese manufacturers and by self distributing the Grant Fidelity products. This equates to great savings for the smart shopper.

Support:

First, we work with our dealers to ensure that the excitement of buying a new product is leveraged by sound advise on what product is right for you. Grant Fidelity also provides personal support for your purchases, both prior to and after your purchase. Our dealers or we online in our forum will ask some basic questions and make suggestions so that you can get audio system for your current and future needs. By being a Grant Fidelity forum member, you have access to both myself, Ian Grant or your fellow customers to praise or complain in public for the world to see. We love music and audio gear, in some ways I like to pretend that your current system and room is mine and then I suggest what I would choose to do for better sound within your suggested budget.

Since most of our gear is tube based, we then get to share ideas and results of our tube rolling, cryogeneration, etc experiments.

Forum members get first crack at our demo and sample unit offerings. We have had only two units come back for warranty in the past year, so no refurbished offerings yet.

Warranty:

This generally is non existant from grey market distributors as the factories do not generally offer any actual warranty for their products and even if they did, shipping costs and loss of product for months or forever is something to consider. When buying a new Grant Fidelity product at retail price from an authorized dealer or this site, you are purchasing our excellent warranty program which includes:

• Upon your paid return of the unit to Grant Fidelity, within 72 hours of confirming a warrantable problem, we ship you a replacement unit at our cost. We want you to have your music while we sort out the problem.
• If you do not use your warranty, then after the warranty period expires you will be entitled to a 10% discount on your next Grant Fidelity purchase, either from your local dealer or direct from our online store. We all pay for warranties, if you didn't use it, then we feel you should be re-imbersed. A win-win for both parties.

More details in the store and to be eligable for the 10% discount, we do ask that you provide a brief review of your Grant Fidelity product and your thoughts on dealing with us in our forum. We ask this because we gets lots of phone calls and emails thanking us and prasing our products, but only a handful of our hundreds of customers have actually gone to our forum to help promote us. 

Trials and Demonstrations:

We don't like spending money on gear we haven't seen or tried. Grant Fidelity makes sure you get a decent demonstration of the gear through our qualified dealers and demonstrators, all who are in the business for the love of audio and of course to make a living from their service.

If you do not have a dealer near you, and seeing that we have only focused on dealers for Western Canada, that is likely you, we offer a 21 day 'Trial' period on your purchase, where you can return your product to Grant Fidelity for a full refund, minus shipping, duties and a small restocking fee.
