Tube audio equipment usually can be serviced by reputable tube amp service technicians in western countries. If special parts are needed from the manufacturers, we will coordinate the request on behalf of you but parts cost / shipping will be born by yourself. Please note we are not able to control and / or guarantee availability of parts from factories, especially after certain number of years when products have been discontinued. But we will at least do our best to try with the factory for you.
Shipping related damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving delivery, along with claim reports filed with carrier, and supported by dated photos.

Then the order will be drop shipped from manufacturers to non-Canadian buyers' confirmed addresses directly, without passing through our location in Canada. Carrier tracking numbers will be provided once available.
Canadian orders have options to first arrive to our location in Alberta then forward on, or directly to buyers' confirmed addresses. Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST when applicable.
