PM-11 is a simple but for sure peculiar, solid state phono stage with 150 times amplification for moving magnet (MM) cartridges.
The PM design idea comes from the tube circuit design: two single stage JFET gain stages with a passive RIAA equalization stage between them and no negative feedback. Very low noise, especially hum, as in the complete absence of it.
By default, it comes with 24V DC power supply.

Labor Warranty of all manufacturers Factory-Direct drop shipping products in western countries is NOT provided by Grant Fidelity and not included in our product listing price.
However, after receiving delivery of your order, please contact us to receive factory provided schematics for your future repair needs.
Tube audio equipment usually can be serviced by reputable tube amp service technicians in western countries. If special parts are needed from the manufacturers, we will coordinate the request on behalf of you but parts cost / shipping will be born by yourself. Please note we are not able to control and / or guarantee availability of parts from factories, especially after certain number of years when products have been discontinued. But we will at least do our best to try with the factory for you.
Shipping related damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving delivery, along with claim reports filed with carrier, and supported by dated photos.

Carrier tracking numbers will be provided once available.
Canadian orders have options to first arrive to our location in Alberta then forward on, or directly to buyers' confirmed addresses. Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST when applicable.
