The Best ‘Musical Gift’ – 180g Audiophile Custom LP, Pressed in Germany, Numbered on each copy

Grant Fidelity, as International Coordinator, participated this interesting western HiFi speaker brand (PureAudioProject Open Baffle Speakers from Israel) and an oriental music label (Rhymoi Music from China) collaboration project in 2019, just before the world went into Covid-19.

It is an audiophile grade 180gram custom LP, pressed in Germany, and produced with lots of music love and labor!

It is a wonderful glimpse of ‘West meets East’ in the high fidelity and audiophile world, through an international language of MUSIC. Recordings were done in multiple high calibre recording studios and with very interesting techniques for outstanding results.

Grant Fidelity have great memories of meeting the composer, producer and many music lovers in China in our tradeshow travels to China pre-Covid. Hope this album will bring you a piece of the music joy and a bit taste of oriental music crossing 3000 years.

“Okay, so a word or two about this wonderful LP from Ze’ev and PAP (PureAudioProject).

To proclaim that I am now a devotee of Rhymoi music would be an overstatement, so I won’t lie to you on that front. But this album is transformative. Until I popped it onto the ‘table last night to give it a spin, I was not really certain what my system– and the Quintet15’s in particular–could actually do. Sure, I’d played plenty of fine recordings previously, both digital and vinyl, but nothing quite as astonishing as this album.

I tend to roll my eyes when I read audio reviews that are awash with flowery descriptors, hyperbolic claims, and nonsense adjectives which are not traditionally used to describe sound. However, I can say with confidence that this recording is airy, rich, extremely deep, and the most coveted of evaluations: “right there” in the listening room.

Will I now pursue Chinese music with more interest? I don’t know, but I will endeavor to keep an open mind, because music this well recorded/mixed/mastered, no matter the genre, will always make me sit up and listen more attentively. Thank you, Ze’ev.”
