About the Brand:

Who is [Analog Sound™] by Line Magnetic? (click on link to read more)

During my work of promoting western speaker brands in Chinese market in the past years which are still ongoing, I came across [Analog Sound™] by Line Magnetic in our co-exhibiting shows and events there. Not only myself, but also the highly experienced designer /audiophile / ex music producer of a prestige western speaker brand, are more than astonished for what a magical sound the [Analog Sound™] line of tube amplifier can re-produce!

I decide that they must be known to the western world – it’s too good a treasure to be hidden in the east, and buried among the ‘Chi-Fi’ crowd.

[Analog Sound™] IS NOT A ‘ME-TOO’ TUBE AUDIO.  It is ‘Western Electric’ transformer technology with modern features – end result? It produces ‘Heavenly Sound’.

About AS-125:

This integrated 211 output tube amplifier is NOT another ‘Me too’ tube amp. It combines the legendary Western Electric transformer technology and many new user friendly features, to make it a top performance integrated tube amp.

Why 211 output tubes but not other types such as 845?

Many legendary Western Electric tube amp in the old days used 211 tubes as output tubes for its outstanding sound signature. In order to make 211 tubes sound to its best, it puts great demand to the transformers quality and capacity. This is a design and cost challenge to many commercially produced tube amps. Only very few high end tube amp brands worldwide today use 211 tubes in their flagship models.

In order to prove itself being among the ‘best of world’, [Analog Sound™] has chosen to tackle the ‘most challenging’ design by using 211 output tubes rather than the commonly used 845 tubes. It produces better separation, bigger sound stage, greater dynamic than 845 tubes can.

Another reason for using 211 tubes is that NOS 845 tubes have been hyped worldwide to outrageous price…  More money can go into bettering the overall design of the amp, instead to the pricey tubes that need replacement throughout the tube amp’s lifespan. Overall, this is a win-win to both manufactures and the consumers.

Do not feel discouraged by the lower output power rating of 211 tubes compared to 845. When designed with the right transformers and circuity, paired with sufficiently efficient speakers (95dB and above) such as horn speakers, 211 tubes give you heavenly sound that 845 cannot match up and deliver.

AS-125  is the most affordable 211 based tube amp that you can experience the legendary ‘Western Electric’ sound, thanks to Line Magnetic ‘Western Electric replica design studio’s decades of research work, done by the late founder Mr. Cai Zheng.

This 211 amp can not only give you the sweetness of 300B type mid-range and high frequency, but also deep bass like a KT88 can dive to.

This amp will re-shape your belief of what a well designed single ended triode amplifier can really deliver. It will rock your musical world.

‘Extended 5-year Warranty‘ by Grant Fidelity, to provide you a first class ‘peace-of-mind’ purchase and ownership experience. The coverage include the following:

Coverage #1: Western Electric Replica Transformers

The Western Electric Replica transformers are the soul of the product. They enable audiophiles in 2020’s to enjoy the pinnacle of tube sound that people enjoyed back nearly 100 years ago. They are unique and they are irreplaceable by any other transformer design.

Our extended warranty covers parts and labor costs for replacing Western Electric (WE) Replica transformers used in this product, if any transformers are found to be of manufacturer defects, but not including damaged caused by user mishandling.

Coverage #2: Other manufacturer defects other than WE replica transformers

For other manufacturer defects on capacitors or resistors (not including vacuum tubes), buyer has the option to have it serviced locally by their own trusted repair technician who has confirmed reputation and experience with ‘high end high fidelity audio’, rather than shipping the heavy amps to Grant Fidelity’s designated service technician in Canada. Once your own tech has determined which parts need to be replaced, Grant Fidelity will provide the parts from manufacturer directly to your repair tech’s address free of charge. Grant Fidelity will also cover up to 1.5 hrs of labor cost at an hourly rate up to US$75/hr – which will cover this type of repair work as per our years of equipment experience.

Please note that Grant Fidelity reserves our full right to call back equipment to be serviced at our own designated service location in Canada. This option is fully at Grant Fidelity’s discretion.

Applicable to the first and original purchaser:

The above coverage is only applicable to the first, original purchaser with proof of purchase from Grant Fidelity. Please keep your purchase receipt for record either digitally or by print out copy.

Please keep all original factory packaging of the equipment – this is a MUST for safe-handling if the equipment owner ever needs to ship it for service or resale. It also helps to keep the equipment resale value.

Shipping cost related to Extended Warranty Service:

Equipment owner is responsible for one-way shipping cost of sending defective equipment from their own address to Grant Fidelity designated repair service location in Canada.

Grant Fidelity is responsible for return shipping cost from Grant Fidelity designated repair service technician location in Canada back to the equipment owner’s address, after the equipment is repaired.
