Air-1 Turntable
The Air-1 air suspension turntable is exclusively made for using Consonance Linear Tangential Tonearm, the LT-1S, and is specifically designed to suit the acoustic and physical properties of this extraordinary tonearm. Please note: Air-1 can only be used in conjunction with the LT-1S.
The aluminium chassis structure is exceptionally rigid and perfectly flat to enable perfect coupling with the tonearm, allowing it to function with exceptional reliability and accuracy.
Turntable Air Bearing Suspension
The air bearing used in between the suspension between platter and plinth, uses medical grade Nanotechnology, which ensure an accuracy of less than 1/1,016,000 of a centimeter to ensure a friction-less freedom of movement, without any mechanical contact to ensure that no vibrations or resonances reach the record that is playing. There is also, negligible air pressure loss.

- 12V DC motor suspended from the plinth to ensure a rigid coupling yet isolated from the plinth itself, in order to minimize vibration transferred
- Hybrid design of Belt drive and Direct Drive: Fishing line belt from motor to secondary platter (drive wheel) which is connected through bearing to direct-drive the primary platter, for best vibration isolation and speed accuracy
- Unlike other mass driven turntable design on the market, use dual acrylic platter (drive wheel + primary platter) to reduce resonance induced by high mass, and enhance high / low frequency during playback
- Super quiet medical grade 5V DC nano air pump for air suspension bearing to achieve zero friction. No need to ever lubricate bearing again.

LT-1S Tonearm
The LT-1S is a linear tangential tonearm that uses air bearings to ensure that the cartridge keeps the correct position perpendicular to the record grooves and has practically zero friction during use.
The tonearm and the cartridge is maintained in a position identical to that of as the cutting head when the record was originally mastered. This allows for superior audio playback by eliminating tracking angle distortions. It uses a high-pressure air-bearing design, which is used in precision medical devices. The LT-1S can withstand an air pressure of 3kgs and still operate stably. It has zero vibrations, and zero movement in any direction allowing the cartridge to retrieve only the musical information from the grooves.
The tonearm also has an exceptionally rigid aluminium structure, and a precise VTA adjustment, which can be adjusted on the fly.
High pressure air is supplied by its own DC 5V super quiet nano pump system which incorporates an air-drying unit.
The LT-1S tonearm is already pre-assembled onto Air-1 from factory so the turntable setup is super easy. Please refer to product manual for detail setup steps and follow all steps carefully.
